"to see eye to eye" - means to agree about someone or something; съгласявам се

Example: I'm glad we see eye to eye about Tom, he can't be the manager of this project as he isn't ready to take that much responsibility.

"to put one's foot in one's mouth" - means to say something embarrassing and latter to realize the real meaning of it; изпускам се, говоря прибързано обидни неща

Example: He really put his foot in his mouth talking like this about the boss in front of Debra not knowing she is his daughter.

„to give someone a hand" - means to help; подавам ръка, помагам

Example: I'm so grateful to you you gave me a hand when I needed it the most.
